    February 27, 2017

No survivors were found Monday morning in the wreckage of a plane which reportedly went down in Southern Utah over the weekend. On board were Randall Wells, who is the bishop of the LDS Church's Mount Jordan 3rd Ward in Sandy, Utah, and his 8-year-old son Asher and 3-year-old daughter Sarah. Wells' family and friends were among those who helped search on Monday. Civil Air Patrol was also involved, along with the Utah Highway Patrol and other local search and rescue agencies. The plane, initially spotted from a UHP helicopter at 11:05 a.m., was reached at about 11:50 a.m. by ground crews.
